Membership is by application and subject to Board approval. Fees are annual, exclusive of VAT where applicable, and payable on admission.
Four steps to membership
Submit the application form
Online, or by sending the PDF form to memberships@ccluxrdc.org.
Board review
The Board of Directors reviews the application within 10 business days.
Decision and welcome letter
You receive the Board's decision and, if admitted, a welcome letter.
Invoice and payment
Membership starts on receipt of the annual fee.
Paying the membership fee
Once the Board has approved your application, you receive an invoice for the annual fee. Fees are paid by bank transfer; membership starts on receipt of payment. An EPC QR code for the transfer is printed on the application form.
Please quote the reference exactly so the payment can be matched to your application. Fees are annual, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Online card payment is not yet available.

Who can apply?
Any organisation or individual with a genuine interest in strengthening economic and institutional cooperation between Luxembourg and the DRC. There is no geographic restriction.
Are fees annual?
Yes. Fees are annual, exclusive of VAT where applicable, and payable on admission; membership then renews each year.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the chamber's account, after you receive the invoice: Chambre de commerce Luxembourg RD Congo, IBAN LU18 6060 0020 0001 5681, in EUR, with the reference “Membership — your name or organisation”. An EPC QR code is printed on the application form.
Can I change category?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the fee difference payable; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
In which language can I apply?
In English or French. Official communications are issued in both languages.
