Who receives the data
Data is processed by the chamber's Board and secretariat and by service providers acting on our instructions: website hosting, email, and the CRM used for forms, membership records and the newsletter (HubSpot, hosted in the European Union), and, once online payment is enabled, the payment processor. Members' names and organisations may appear in the member directory with their agreement. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@ccluxrdc.org or to the postal address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
