How it works

Received

You receive an acknowledgement within two business days. Your submission is visible only to the secretariat and the Board members who screen it.

Screened

Within ten business days we check the submission against the criteria below. We may ask for documents or a call. Submissions that do not meet the criteria receive a short written answer.

Introduced

Where there is a fit, we introduce you to a member, partner or institution, with both sides' agreement and under confidentiality. The chamber makes the introduction; it is not a party to what follows.

Closed

We record the outcome (introduction accepted, declined, or no fit) and keep your profile on file for twelve months, unless you ask us not to.

Screening criteria

We screen every submission against the same five criteria: a clear link to the Luxembourg–DRC corridor; an identified, legally constituted counterpart (a registered company, institution or fund) with a named decision-maker; a real project or mandate, meaning a defined activity, location, stage and amount rather than a general intention; compliance, meaning no sanctioned persons or entities, no activity incompatible with the chamber's charter, and willingness to complete standard know-your-customer checks with the counterpart; and a plausible fit with at least one member, partner or institution in our network. The chamber does not rank, guarantee or endorse opportunities, does not give investment advice and is not a party to any transaction that follows an introduction.

What you write here is treated as confidential. It is shared only with the people who screen it and, after your agreement, with the counterpart we introduce. Do not upload documents at this stage: we ask for them once a submission passes screening.
